The steel plate shot blasting machine is a specialized roller conveyor system designed to remove rust, corrosion, and mill scale. It provides an ideal surface finish (SA2.5) for securing a continuous and effective bond between the steel surface and coating. The angled arrangement of the shot blast wheels on the top reduces abrasive build-up on longer profiles, maximizing energy efficiency for de-rusting.
Abrasive Cleaning System: Includes nylon brush, screw conveyor, and blower with height adjustment. It efficiently removes residual abrasives from the workpiece surface. The imported nylon material ensures tenacity at high temperatures with a service life of up to 10,000 hours.
Conveyor Features: Adopts frequency conversion stepless speed for synchronous or independent operation. Rollers are welded and processed to ensure perfect concentricity. The chamber rollers are protected by high-chrome wear-resistant casting iron sheaths.
