The shot blasting machine is powered electromechanically rather than by compressed air. It utilizes a high-speed rotating impeller to eject steel shots at high velocity and flow, creating a forceful impact on the surface. Turbines positioned at precise angles blast the steel shots to thoroughly clean the part surfaces.

The alloy wheel is placed within the chamber where the process is fully automatic and controlled by a timer. Each cycle finishes one alloy wheel rim in just 1-3 minutes.
