Blatrixo Machine
Shot-blasting machine is a kind of high-performance equipment applied to clean the surface of steel structure welding workpieces, H-style steel, plates, and other profiles. It efficiently removes rusty spots, scale, welding slag, and welding stress, thereby improving surface lacquer quality and the rot proofness of steel structures.

Impeller Head: The core of the machine. It utilizes centrifugal force to accelerate shots through an orientation window, creating a high-speed sector stream that cleans the workpiece surface effectively.
The impeller head includes the vane wheel, vanes, shot dividing gear, orientation jacket, and motor. Vanes are designed with a self-positioning structure for stable operation and easy maintenance.
Durability: Key parts like vanes, separating gears, and orientation jackets are made from high-chromium wearing alloy. Vanes are rated for 1500 useful hours, while other components can reach 2000 hours.
