Blatrixo Machine
The Roller Pass-through Type Shot Blasting Machine is designed to remove rust, strengthen components, and apply anti-rust films for welded workpieces prior to processing. It is widely utilized in industries such as construction machinery, mining machinery, chemical equipment, pressure vessels, transport vehicles, shipbuilding, and building profiles to enhance surface quality and corrosion resistance.
Equipped with detective rollers on both inlet and output sides. The full set can operate simultaneously or separately for maximum flexibility.
Features ZGMn 13 protection with a building-block shield installation. Computer simulation is used to determine the optimal placement of the blast wheel.
Includes a fault alarming system for the recycling unit, achieving a purifying rate of above 99%.
The entire line is managed by a Siemens Programmable Logical Controller (PLC). Distributed control desks are strategically located, with optional dynamic simulation and monitoring software.
