⚙️Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine
When workpieces enter the main shot blasting chamber via the roller conveyor mechanism, the shot blasters start operating in sequence. After treatment, surface cleanliness grades of Sa2-Sa2.5 are achieved through a continuous and cyclic workflow.
The pellets used in the system are collected and processed by a recycling system for repeated use. Scattered pellets are conveyed to the bucket elevator through screw and belt conveyors, lifted to the cleaning chamber, and processed by a high-efficiency BE separator to separate dust and impurities from qualified pellets.
