The motor is directly connected to the impeller body, eliminating intermediate transmission components and ensuring that the impeller does not lose rotation. This ensures constant speed and shot blasting amount, significantly improving production capacity while reducing maintenance workload and operating costs.
The blades are inserted from the center of the impeller and are fixed by centrifugal force. No fixed fixtures are needed. Disassembling eight blades only takes 5-10 minutes.
Blades, dividing wheels, and directional sleeves are made of special alloys with a service life up to 2000 hours. The impeller body, made of high wear-resistant alloy, lasts up to 6500 hours. Bearings are imported premium components.
It can be arranged flexibly and easily to meet all kinds of projectile arrangement requirements.
