Steel Plate Shot Blasting Machine

The steel plate shot blasting machine is specialized equipment for steel plate surface treatment, widely used in industries such as steel processing, bridge manufacturing, and shipbuilding. Its core function is to clean and strengthen the steel plate surface through the shot blasting process.

Working Principle:
It uses a motor-driven shot blaster to project shot (e.g., steel shot, iron shot) onto the steel plate surface at high speed. When the shot impacts the steel plate, it can break and peel off impurities such as oxide scale, rust layers, and oil stains. Meanwhile, a reasonable projection force and density can create a uniform roughness on the steel plate surface, optimize surface mechanical properties, enhance subsequent coating adhesion and corrosion resistance, and also help improve the steel plate's fatigue strength.
