Q69 roller conveyor shot blasting machine is capable of continuous and uninterrupted operation, performing descaling, cleaning, and pretreatment on various steel materials, such as steel plates, steel bars, steel beams, structural steel sections, steel pipes, and steel castings, through a continuous through-feed process.
During the cleaning process, steel structural components or steel materials are conveyed into the blasting chamber via an adjustable-speed conveyor roller table. Surfaces are subjected to intensive impacts from high-velocity steel shots, detaching oxide scale and rust layers rapidly. The clean shots are recycled for continuous use, and dust is handled by a dedicated collection system.
