For steel pipes with a diameter of φ22-φ600mm, the equipment adopts "V"-shaped roller conveying at a certain angle to the center line of the steel pipe, and the shot blasters are arranged in an upward-throwing mode, realizing synchronous cleaning with the steel pipe moving forward and rotating at the same time.

For steel pipes with a diameter of φ159-φ3600mm, the equipment adopts supporting wheel transmission with adjustable wheel spacing, which is suitable for a wide range of pipe diameters, and the traveling speed and rotating speed of the steel pipe can be flexibly adjusted.
