The Automatic Inline Conveyor Belt Sandblasting Machine is an automatic through-feed machine, achieves high processing efficiency with less labor, reduce cost in long term production. PLC control and electronic sensor technology enables blast guns to be automatically turned off when no components are present, eliminating waste of energy and unnecessary wear-and-tear on the machine.

The automatic sandblasting machine with belt conveyor design is designed for continuous sandblasting of flat shape workparts, such as metal plates, wood, glass plates, aluminum pan, phone shell, notebook mainboard, etc.

Components are continuously presented to an array of pre-positioned guns as parts are conveyed in and out of the blast chamber on an adjustable-speed belt.

Up to 20 suction-blast guns are bracketed in fixed positions, rotated, or oscillated to cover more surface area. The 3-chambered cabinet isolates blasting for cleaner, quieter operation and includes an air wash blow-off zone. The resulting surface is clean with no sticky debris, ensuring uniform quality and avoiding chromatic aberration.
