Product Description
Hook Continuous Shot Blasting Cleaning Machine
1. Application:
It is suitable for the inner and outer wall surface blasting treatment of various gas cylinders, such as water heater, liquefied gas cylinder, acetylene cylinder, oxygen cylinder, fire extinguisher cylinder, so that it can obtain a certain roughness of bright surface, in order to increase the adsorption capacity of coating, ensure the quality of coating, it is the first choice equipment for cylinder manufacturing and cylinder detection.
2. Key Features
High efficiency equipment: Surface cleanliness reaches national standard GB8923-88 Sa2.5.
Advanced technology: functional parts designed for long-term failure-free operation and high opening rates.
Excellent sealing: Meets environmental requirements for purification.
Low Noise: Sound level maintained at 85 db.
Dust Control: Emission standard < 100mg/m3; Workplace concentration < 2mg/m3.
3. Working Principle
The machine starts after system preparation (dust removal, separator hoist, screw conveyor). The electric hoist carries the workpiece into the clean room. Once positioned, the door closes, the workpiece begins to rotate, and the shot blasting machine activates. After the cleaning cycle, the shot blasting and dust removal systems shut down, the door opens, and the workpiece is unloaded. The process repeats automatically.
