Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: How do I get the best price for a blasting machine?
As different types of blasting machines apply to different price points, we recommend choosing based on your specific production needs.
Q2: What machine suits my workpieces best?
Selection depends on the kind of workpieces and their maximum size. Please provide your workpiece dimensions so we can recommend the most suitable model.
Q3: What is the delivery time?
Generally, it is 7 working days if the goods are in stock, or 15 working days if the goods are not in stock, depending on the order quantity.
Q4: How many operators are needed to run the machine?
For standard blasting units, one person is enough. For complex custom production lines, the number of operators varies according to accessory equipment and automation levels.
Q5: What are the typical operating costs?
Operating costs including abrasive, power, and maintenance average from $5 to $20 per hour. The automatic system is at least 4-5 times more productive than manual cleaning.
Q6: What utilities are required to run the equipment?
The system requires a three-phase electrical input (transformers can be provided for specific voltages) and a clean, dry compressed air supply.
