Automatic Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting and Painting Preservation Line
This high-efficiency steel plate pretreatment line is designed for sheet metal plates and beams surface cleaning and painting. The line integrates advanced rusting cleaning (shot blast cleaning) with high-efficient blast wheels and a full shutter type shot sand separator. The system features a specially made high-strength nylon rolling brush, high-pressure ventilator, and airless spraying technology, all managed by a centralized PLC control system.
