Blasting Chamber Structure

The chamber body is constructed from sandwich composite panels and a rectangular steel frame, ensuring a strong, sealed, and spacious operation environment. It features 40 LED lamps protected by stainless steel nets, providing a brightness of 600 Lux. The interior is lined with 4mm wear-resistant white rubber to extend service life and reduce noise.

Blasting Assembly & Circulation

Equipped with a 0.6 m³ sandblasting tank, boron carbide nozzles, and 20m sprayer pipes. The abrasive circulation system includes a screw conveyor, bucket elevator, and separator for continuous purification and reuse of blasting media.
