CL-1010W Dustless Blasting Cabinet is built with a high-performance slurry pump agitating water and abrasive into slurry mixture, then blast the mixture onto targets, using hydroblasting to attain the purpose of removing rust, oxide layer, imperfections and other contaminants.

In wet blasting, water-abrasive mixture is used resulting in smoother finish and less dust inside cabinet. Water washes away contaminants like grease and oil. In dry blasting these contaminants could cause coagulation of the abrasive and lead to machine failure.

The wet sandblasting is a dustfree process, it works by flow of water not by impact. The water acts as a lubricant between media and workparts, which could avoid media damage on some soft workparts, and to produce a smoother and finer finish. Wet sandblasting supports to degrease and blast clean simultaneously, increases working efficiency greatly.
